When it comes to accessing received emails, there are two main ways: either connect to the mail server to view messages, or download all emails locally and read them. The first method is through the IMAP protocol, and the second through POP3. One of the available email clients for working with the POP3 protocol is PopTray.

PopTray has a user-friendly interface that allows users to view messages, select the ones they want to read, delete or reply to them with one click, and mark messages as spam.

To start working with the application, you need to add an account by specifying a name, server address, and credentials (username and password). In addition, the user can customize the color scheme and sound notifications associated with each account.
